1.  Reach out with our customer service team at support@kase.com within 30 days from the date of purchase.

2. Let us know in few words why you are not happy with the Go Free Wireless Charger.

3. Send us the images and video of how the product being used.

4. We will then trobleshoot and assit you to use the product correctly.

5. All returned items must include all accessories and parts included in the box as of delivery.

6. Any missing items or damaged items will void the money back gurantee.

1. After we approve your refund request, you will need to send the product back to us and provide a tracking number within 7 days.

2. Restocking fee may be incurred for missing or damaged accessories.

Orders and Shipping

Orders will be shipped out within 1 business day, cut-off time is 11:00 AM AEST, orders made after 11:00 AM AEST will be considered a next business day order.

Standard Shipping: 4 - 9 days

Express Shipping: 2 - 5 days

*Please note that we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; delivery issue is the responsible of the delivery company. 

You can check the status of your order by clicking on the "Order Status" link in your order confirmation email.

Some international orders will be subject to import taxes, duties by the destination country which is the recipient’s responsibility.

Please check your spam folder and any other email addresses that you may have used.

If you’re still unable to locate a confirmation email, just contact us with your first and last name, date you placed the order and the order # and we will lookup your order for you. 

If you have been charged and your order didn’t go through, don't worry. It will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you can place your order again.

For duplicate charges on your card please contact us with your order number(s) and details so we can locate the transactions and act accordingly.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
 

If the item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify the customer that the package has been returned. Our team will automatically refund our customer for the purchase; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


We do not guarantee the delivery time. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.  
 

We will try our best to ship out the purchased item within 1 Business day.
Most tracking information will update within 24-48 hours after the shipment leaves our facilities.
 

If no updates are made on your tracking information after 48 hours, please contact our customer support for more assistance.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return the product(s) to us within 30 days for a full product refund (minus cost of shipping)

Returns must be initiated within 30 days upon delivery of your order and you will be responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

Kindly email us your return request at support@kase.com. Once our returns team approve your request, please ship the product(s) to the address below. Customers will be notified once the package has been safety received and reviewed. Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents, returned products with missing contents are subjected to a restocking fee according to the condition. Return shipping is at buyer’s cost. Customer will be only given a product refund. Shipping & handling fee will NOT be refunded. We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure that your return item is received. Kase Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any lost or stolen return packages during transit/delivery. All sale and promotional items are not eligible for returns, exchange, or warranties.
