Yes! We offer a 1 year limited warranty against defects for electronics for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Purchase must have been made from KASE. An original copy of a sales receipt/order confirmation is required for warranty.

Yes, you can. However we do not suggest you to use a heavy or thick case with our Go Free Wireless Charger as it affects the wireless charging connection.

If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.

Orders and Shipping

Orders will be shipped out within 1 business day, cut-off time is 11:00 AM AEST, orders made after 11:00 AM AEST will be considered a next business day order.

Standard Shipping: 4 - 9 days

Express Shipping: 2 - 5 days

Some international orders will be subject to import taxes, duties by the destination country which is the recipient’s responsibility.

If you’re still unable to locate a confirmation email, just contact us with your first and last name, date you placed the order and the order # and we will lookup your order for you. 

If you have been charged and your order didn’t go through, don't worry. It will be automatically cancelled and refunded and you can place your order again.

For duplicate charges on your card please contact us with your order number(s) and details so we can locate the transactions and act accordingly.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen item after the package has been confirmed as delivered. Please make sure to double check the shipping addresses to ensure correct delivery.
 

If the item returns to us due to incorrect shipping information, we will notify the customer that the package has been returned. Our team will automatically refund our customer for the purchase; however, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


We do not guarantee the delivery time. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience.

Exchanges and Returns

While we make every effort to ensure your case arrives in perfect condition, sometimes things could happen. If you discover a fault with the item(s) you have received, please take pictures of the defect and contact us right away. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.


Should you wish to return your item(s), kindly email us with your order numberand the reason of return, within 30 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

Items returned to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents, returned products with missing contents are subjected to a restocking fee according to the condition. Return shipping is at buyer’s cost. Customer will be only given a product refund. Please be advised that shipping fee and express shipping fee are non-refundable. We suggest adding a tracking number/delivery confirmation on returned packages to ensure that your return item is received.
