Perelel X Kase: Built for Every Stage of Growth
How a six-year, dynamic fulfillment partnership has supported 2,000+% order growth, retail expansion, and high-touch brand experiences.
For Perelel, fulfillment is not just about speed. It’s about getting the right product to the right customer at the right point in her health journey.
As an OB/GYN-founded vitamin company creating stage-specific routines for women across conception, pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond, Perelel’s customer experience carries a different kind of urgency. A delayed order, incorrect lot, or missed bundle component can interrupt a routine built around a specific life stage.
Perelel began working with Kase when it was still ShippingTree, making Kase its first 3PL partner. As the brand grew from a DTC-led company into a multi-channel business across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and wholesale, the fulfillment relationship had to grow with it.
Today, that partnership supports high-volume ecommerce, multi-node fulfillment, Amazon FBA, EDI-enabled wholesale, lot-level visibility, and high-touch marketing projects like the Perelel x Coterie collaboration.
With Kase, Perelel has:
Exceeded its same-day shipping target by 10%
Maintained 99.95% order accuracy across all locations in 2025
Supported 54% order-volume growth in 2026
Fulfilled a Perelel x Coterie collaboration that sold out within 72 hours
Gained lot-level reporting that links customer feedback to specific product lots
Perelel:
Doctor-made vitamins for every stage
Perelel was created to take the guesswork out of women’s vitamins. Built by women, mothers, and doctors, the brand constructs targeted vitamin routines designed around the changing needs of women’s health, from conception and pregnancy through postpartum and other life stages.
The company’s mission is rooted in making women feel seen, heard, and supported. That philosophy shows up not only in its formulas, but in how products reach customers. For many Perelel customers, timing matters. Someone trying to conceive, moving into a new trimester, or navigating postpartum needs the right pack at the right time.
Mora Robert, Operations Associate Manager at Perelel, described why fulfillment matters so deeply to the business: “The customer is often in a stage-specific window, and the product has to match their stage and needs.” That reality makes logistics inseparable from the brand experience.
Perelel’s channel mix has evolved alongside its customer base. “When I first started, we were DTC heavy with some small wholesale vendors,” Mora said. “Today, Amazon is a big market for us as well, and we ship FBA from the warehouse directly to Amazon.”
From first 3PL to 2,000% growth
Perelel came to Kase before the brand had built the fulfillment complexity it manages today. At the time, the company needed a partner that could support its current volume, but more importantly, give it room to expand.
“Kase was our first 3PL, so we were looking for a partner that could scale with us,” Mora said.
The Kase app also stood out for its modern, intuitive user interface and flexible operations. That, along with a Southern California presence, helped Perelel keep its supply chain local while preserving the option to grow into additional facilities.
It feels like a true partnership. Kase is always willing to meet us where we are, and that’s very important to us.”
That flexibility became more valuable over time. Perelel expanded from one location into multiple Kase facilities to improve delivery speeds, reduce postage costs, and support customer expectations at scale.
Mora described why the partnership has lasted. “From when I started to where we are now, Kase has been great at working with us while scaling,” she added. “It feels like a true partnership. Kase is always willing to meet us where we are, and that’s very important to us.”
For Perelel, that has meant having both day-to-day support and escalation paths when bigger operational questions come up. “I have Jenn, who’s my day-to-day CSR, and then for larger initiatives, we have Lenae, our Customer Success Manager. Having this structure in place to support is very helpful.”
Kase as an extension of Perelel's operations team
The Kase team has grown alongside the brand’s operational needs. There’s a steady weekly communication cadence that includes customer success, warehouse leadership, and operations stakeholders across the network.
“We have weekly calls where the team reviews issues, projects, challenges, open questions, and technology needs,” said Mora Perelel’s business is not a simple pick-pack-ship operation, so this level of communication is critical. It involves lot control, stage-specific products, campaigns, subscriptions, Amazon FBA, wholesale, and surprise-and-delight initiatives.
Jenn Bradfield, Customer Support Representative at Kase, has seen Perelel’s growth firsthand. “Since Perelel first partnered with Kase, we’ve seen them grow from monthly order volume to comparable daily volume across the network.”
As volume grew, so did the importance of proactive communication. Jenn described Perelel as a team that is deeply involved in its own operations, especially around lots, customer care, and exceptions. “They’re very on top of controlling their lots, what goes out on which orders, and what comes in.”
That level of detail creates a more collaborative fulfillment relationship. Perelel brings urgency and context, while Kase brings operational structure and execution.
Kase has been great at working with us while scaling.

Coterie Kits: A high-stakes collaboration, built component by component
The Perelel x Coterie collaboration was a major project specially designed around the fourth trimester. The kit brought together products for mom and baby into a curated bundle built to feel luxe and supportive during a foundational period.
Operationally, the project was different from Perelel’s everyday fulfillment. The team had to coordinate product from Coterie, receive kit items into Columbus, track every component, manage deliveries, and pack each kit in a specific way to preserve the intended presentation.
Each kit consisted of 10 items, which meant visibility and timing were critical. Perelel worked backward from launch, factoring in component lead times, vendor deliveries, and when all materials needed to be in-house. The Kase team created the project in the system and kept Perelel updated on component arrival and kit status.
The Columbus team was already familiar with kitting from previous projects, including Perelel’s seasonal hydration flavor. But the Coterie collaboration added more complexity because it involved another brand and new vendors.
When some components were delayed, Kase kept the project moving by pre-kitting units that were already on hand rather than waiting for every missing item to arrive. That proactive move ensured Perelel met its launch date.
Mora called it a major moment in the project. “We stressed how important the project was, and the team took the initiative to pre-kit the units already on hand, even though some components hadn’t arrived due to circumstances outside Perelel’s and Kase’s control. That was a huge help because the next day when I needed to send out 75 kits, they were ready.”
Pearl Puentes, the Kase Columbus, OH Facility Manager, said, “The Perelel x Coterie project went seamlessly because of the collaborative partnership between Kase and Perelel. All kits shipped the same day. We were prepared.”
The physical presentation mattered just as much as the operational timing. “Before we start any project, we create a golden sample for the team,” said Pearl. “It’s something visually in front of them that they can mirror.”
The results? The launched sold out within 72 hours.
For Perelel, that success was about more than units sold. It demonstrated how fulfillment can support brand-building moments that connect with customers in meaningful ways.
“The kits really resonated with our audience,” said Mora. “We had positive feedback from everyone who ordered them.”
She also tied the collaboration back to Perelel’s larger mission. “The Coterie and Perelel partnership works because it introduces a small routine that can make a big difference for new moms. It was the perfect collab.”
That is the fulfillment bar brands like Perelel require: operational execution that supports customer care, brand storytelling, and life-stage-specific needs.
EDI support that makes retail growth easier
Beyond these curated moments, Perelel is also a growing brand. As they expanded wholesale and retail channels, EDI became a more important part of their fulfillment operation.
Before implementing EDI for one wholesale vendor, Mora was manually creating case labels and GS1 labels for each purchase order. That work took hours.
“Prior to our EDI setup, I was creating all of the case labels and GS1 labels for each PO, which would take me hours and hours to do. It was a huge relief off my plate,” said Mora. “We’ve been working specifically with Grant on the EDI team, and that’s been super helpful.”
Grant Walker, Kase Senior EDI Administrator, explained, “Perelel retail orders are converted into an EDI 940, processed by the Kase app, fulfilled by the warehouse, and then confirmed back through a 945 shipment confirmation.”
That technical flow supports the operational reality of retail growth. If the data does not move correctly, the warehouse cannot execute correctly.
Grant said the Kase app gives customers visibility into EDI orders instead of letting them disappear into a black hole. “With the Kase app, you can see everything that’s happening to an order, step by step along the way.”
For Perelel, the value is more about what it removes from the day-to-day worklod. “For all parties involved, it really streamlines and makes the process a lot easier,” Mora said.
Reporting built around lots, exceptions, and customer care
Perelel’s products make lot-level visibility critical. When customer feedback comes in, the team needs to know exactly which lot a customer received so they can interpret feedback clearly and guide future product development.
“Kase’s ability to report by lot has been a game changer for our team as our business has grown,” said Mora.
Perelel uses Kase reporting for daily exception management and performance dashboards. The team monitors postage costs, fulfillment by carrier, fulfillment by warehouse, and orders not delivered by day four. Weekly, they evaluate on-time fulfillment, transit speeds, orders by warehouse, carrier mix, and fulfillment costs by category.
The warehouse team also flags potential concerns before they become customer-facing issues. “Whether it’s a damaged box, an order that seems incomplete, or anything that looks questionable before shipment, the Columbus team is good about catching it and calling it out,” said Jenn.
The operational attention supports Perelel’s approach to customer care. As Jenn noted, Perelel does not wait passively when an issue could affect customers. “If they see a potential issue affecting a batch, they’ll proactively start sending replacements so Perelel’s customers can receive the correct product as quickly as possible,” she said.
For a brand serving women during pregnancy, postpartum, and other sensitive health stages, the approach is crucial. Fulfillment data isn’t just operational reporting; it’s part of how Perelel protects trust.
Defining fulfillment success
For Perelel, the most critical SLAs are tied to timing, accuracy, and stage-specific customer needs. The team prioritizes same-day order processing, delivery speed, and order accuracy. This ensures that products tied to a specific moment in their life stage are received.
Meeting SLAs gives Perelel the confidence that products are moving accurately, consistently, and quickly as volume grows across channels. That dependability is what allows Kase to function as an extension of Perelel’s operations team, supporting both day-to-day fulfillment and higher-touch projects without compromising the customer experience.
“Kase is dependable and dynamic. We trust them to get our product to our customers.”
What's next for Perelel X Kase?
The partnership continues to evolve. Perelel looks forward to continuing that partnership as they take on new challenges and stages.
Our partnership with Kase is not stagnant. It’s constantly growing as we’re growing, and they are stepping up to the plate to meet us where we need to be met. We feel and see that Kase values us as a customer.”
