WSI Fulfillment, Now Powered by Kase

WSI Fulfillment (now Kase) customer after unboxing an ecommerce order

One year ago, Kase reimagined its brand to better align with WSI, its parent company. The goal was simple: take order fulfillment further. Beyond Fulfillment™. Over the past year, Kase has built momentum in ecommerce and omnichannel fulfillment, earning a strong reputation among fast-growing brands and retailers.

Today, that momentum continues with an important update: WSI fulfillment services are now operating under the Kase brand.

Operationally, it’s business as usual. The same teams, facilities, and expertise remain in place. What changes is the brand. Kase will now serve as the unified brand for fulfillment services, combining modern fulfillment technology with WSI’s 60 years of logistics expertise.

“Traditional logistics and modern order fulfillment serve different buyer needs and operating models,” says Rich Reba, VP of Marketing at Kase. “Bringing fulfillment services under the Kase brand allows us to better align our operations and technology with the needs of today’s retail and ecommerce brands.”

Where fulfillment meets the customer experience

Not only do today’s retailers operate in a physical and digital world, but they must quickly adapt to consumer behavior. Ecommerce, marketplaces, retail stores, social commerce, and pop-up activations all create new fulfillment demands.

Brands expect more from their fulfillment partners than simply moving inventory. They need reliable operations, fast shipping, and a consistent customer experience from checkout to delivery. Kase was built to support this environment.

Customer success

Each Kase customer has access to a Customer Success team that works closely to ensure operations run smoothly as their business grows. Teams hold regular check-ins to review performance, address operational questions, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Flat, agile operation

Customers also have direct access to Kase’s operational leadership, collaborating with fulfillment leaders to adapt operations as their business evolves. Our priority is clear: provide brands with a fulfillment partner that supports not only their orders, but the success of their entire operation.

Connected to the ecommerce ecosystem

Beyond day-to-day fulfillment, Kase helps brands navigate the broader ecommerce ecosystem. Our Partnerships team connects customers with trusted technology providers across areas like returns, shipping, EDI, subscriptions, and customer experience when additional capabilities are needed.

Rather than replacing a brand’s existing tools, Kase integrates into their current commerce stack through a curated partner network designed for Shopify-first and omnichannel brands.

Our team works closely with these partners during onboarding and implementation to ensure systems integrate smoothly and reduce operational friction.

Designed for high-growth operations

Traditional warehouses often focus on large shipments and pallet-based distribution.

Omnichannel fulfillment operates very differently. Multi-client fulfillment facilities manage inventory for many brands simultaneously while processing thousands of individual orders each day. This requires specialized workflows, advanced systems, and highly trained teams to maintain speed and accuracy at scale.

Our fulfillment centers in Sunnyvale, TX; Fontana, CA; Dallas, TX; and Chicago, IL are engineered to handle fast-moving ecommerce inventory, high order volumes, and complex omnichannel workflows.

Each facility layout is built to optimize the flow of product from receiving through storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping. Inventory is organized to support high-velocity SKUs, while dedicated pick zones, packing stations, and quality control checkpoints help maintain speed and accuracy as volume increases.

The platform behind Kase fulfillment

Our proprietary, industry-leading OMS and WMS technology ensures retailers and merchants have the best tools, reporting, and artificial intelligence to drive brand success.

The platform provides real-time visibility into orders, inventory, and warehouse activity, giving brands the same operational insight used by teams inside the facility. Retailers can track and modify orders, view inventory across locations, manage returns, create rules-based automation, and monitor fulfillment performance in real time.

“Every order has its own requirements. Different shipping speeds, different packaging needs, sometimes different warehouse locations,” says Matt Schroeder, President of Kase. “Kase allows brands to set rules that manage those decisions automatically, ensuring orders are routed, packed, and shipped correctly without adding complexity.”

For retailers, it’s like being in the warehouse. This level of transparency allows teams to act quickly, solve issues proactively, and maintain consistent service levels as volume grows.

A different kind of fulfillment partner

Kase’s biggest advantage will always be its people. Technology and infrastructure are critical, but fulfillment ultimately depends on people. Our team of experienced operators understands how to keep orders moving and customers satisfied.

As a privately owned company, Kase can focus entirely on long-term customer success. Without pressure from outside investors or shareholders, our priority remains simple: deliver reliable fulfillment and help brands grow with confidence.

By bringing WSI fulfillment under the Kase brand, we’re creating a clearer path forward for brands that need modern fulfillment backed by decades of logistics expertise.
